- BLBelen Martinez LemieuxJul 31, 20251.0I recently went to this Dunkin' Donuts in Milo, Maine with my 12 year old daughter. She ordered by herself while I did some separate shopping. When I came back to pick her up she came to me devastated. Then she told me what had happened: she ordered a medium refresher and after they handed it to her, before she even took a sip, it slipped off the counter and it all spilled on the floor. When she asked for a replacement the staff member was so rude that they said they would have to charge her for it even though it wasn't even her fault. And on top of that she had to clean up most of the mess before the staff member built up enough decency to help her clean up the last little bit. I felt so bad and I even offered to go back and intervene, but my daughter told me not to because she wanted nothing to do with that place so we just decided not to go back.

They can never get an order straight then ring it up wrong quite regularly... and it's always served with a side of rude.. and that's if you can get past the mice running around outside... and you're supposed to pay for all this... I thought I'd give it a shot I haven't given them a chance to screw up my food or be rude to me in a couple of years .. THANKS FOR THE REMINDER!! They really need to close this place down and open a real coffee shop.
