  Come here if you want management to ignore their customers and for them to screw up your order. Then get mad because you point out what's wrong and make them do work again.

  Worst dunkin I've ever been to, waited in the drive through for 35 min (there was only 2 cars in front of me) when I got to the window the lady working says she is the only one there and it happens every day. Hire some people that is absolutely ridiculous and should never happen. If you can't fill the positions then close the place down.

  Dirtiest place ive ever seen. Zero communication between employees and customers. Long wait times, and disrespectful worker's who have zero motivation to perform simple tasks. Never will I order from here again.

  The employees are rude and shouldn't be in customer service. I wasn't happy that visit they had nothing I asked for. I said good place to start a Dunkin and she proceed to tell me to go to Dover then. Very bad customer service she should be fired. I will never go there again.

  I've been going to this store since it opened. The staff are a good bunch of workers and helped me start my work day for almost 5 years. They're a great bunch and I appreciate them. The food is reliable and good; I know exactly what I'm going to get each time. Once in a while there's a mistake on my food or drink but that's usually only if there's a new employee in training. They do bake donuts at this location.
