Tried to call repeatedly and no answer. Went inside and was told they were too busy to look back. Had to argue to get missing item. Food was cold by the time we were able to eat. This location is consistently getting worse and worse.

I had a mobile order for the drive thru but I had ordered it 20 mins ago and the line was wrapped around the building so I went inside instead to pick it up. Well the manager did not like that and was incredibly rude. She mumbled rude comments about me to other workers, rolled her eyes, and tossed the bag of food on the counter without saying anything. We spent $70 here for lunch for our family. Will not be coming back because of her.
