My local friends are regulars, and it’s genuinely so sweet to see them interact with the staff and other familiar faces. Flux perfectly captures that homey, small-town vibe without sacrificing atmosphere or culinary quality. The food and drinks are consistently divine—I’ve never had a disappointing experience. One of my all-time favorite cocktails is the La Latina, and I highly recommend the mussels and poutine as appetizers. As for entrées, you truly can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, but I always find myself ordering from the specials. A must-visit spot every single time.
