  So disappointing a cute little town has such a crappy Dunkin' Donuts. The drive-thru this morning was so incredibly backed up. Waited for almost 22 minutes. The girl at the window with braids look like she hated life. Didn't put my sandwich in the bag. Just the hash browns then handed me the sandwich and coffee which was weird . Like put it in the bag . All the food was cold. What happened to customer service if you don't like working with customers and go work in a factory. I personally have a job dealing with customers , and I love being able to make people day, make people smile. I can say this experience ruined my day cold food late to work. No have a good day, sorry for the wait. It's ridiculous.

  Very rude about through my order out of the drive-through window at me and couldn’t put the receipt on the bag for me.

  I was told that they are not very good here and I can confirm after visiting. The staff are clearly disorganized, and one girl was moving so slow, like in a different time zone. Moving with a purpose is not a thing here, which is a bummer.

  Haven’t received a drink or coffee made correctly yet. Attitudes and they talk badly of their own coworkers. I’ll gladly make my own, step aside folks since any order seems to be way to much for you all to handle . Oh and you charged me for a drink that I didn’t order which cost more than the one I did. Not impressed.

  Service here is always slow and make mistakes on orders very often. Staff usually have a i don't care attitude
