Ordered sausages and cheese biscuit with a hash browns. Got to work no hash browns and no sausages and cheese instead I got a bacon, egg, & cheese English muffin. I don't normally complain or post reviews, but come on. I had for food i didn't want or get.

Ordered two Grinch meals. They ran out. They said since I didn't pick it up, it would fall off. Guess they love bank disputes. USAA charges $50.

Ordered two grinch meals. Wife sat in the parking lot for an hour. Grinch salt was missing. Big Mac was missing a patty. Fries were stale and cold. Came to almost $30. No recompense was offered for the wait.
ETA: After submitting a message to corporate, we got a $10 gift card. Take that for what you will.
