Sat here for about an hour watching them touch every single pizza with their bare hands, after cooking them. Even to pull it out of the oven. Really, it is asinine to think you would prepare pizzas with gloves, then bake your Pizza and kill any germs that could have possibly been there with gloves on, then handle your pizzas without gloves on. That is absolutely a problem and shows nobody here knows anything about food safety. If anything you prepare a pizza without gloves on and then wear gloves to handle it and put it in the box... how is this that hard to understand? I am sharing this to every single person I know in the area. There's places in town that use gloves when handling prepared food, not just while preparing food. For real though, let's kill germs on the pizza and then cover it in germs! Watching employees touch their face, cash, pull their pants up and then grab a pizza by the crust to pull it out the oven? I want to v o m i t. And you should too...
