  Exceptional!! What a warm and welcoming place. Sitting at the sushi bar for an omakase meal was fantastic, watching the chef work his mastery. Matt was engaging and charming, explaining what he made with great pacing to the meal. Everything was creative and delicious - the salad, fish sausage slider, every bite of sushi and the Japanese cheesecake. This should be a "Don't Miss" experience if you're in the area!

  Upscale and worth every dollar for the BEST sushi you will ever have! Perfect for a date night or special evening out. We reserve seats at the sushi bar and order Omakase style, which allows us to try a variety of menu items and experience the knowledge that the chefs have to share...and we thoroughly enjoy their company. Matt and his team are second to none! The thought, creativity and execution of each dish is impressive. Our favorites include the amberjack, fatty tuna, miso soup and any dessert that incorporates the coconut milk sorbet. An epic experience from start to finish, with an amazingly fun playlist along the way. What a treat to have Rosella in KPT!

  My Fiance and I had the most amazing experience at Rosella. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our special night was unforgettable. They were so knowledgeable about the food and you can see they take immense pride in their food and how it is prepared. I tried things I would usually be hesitant about, but I trusted them and they delivered. The smoked eel on the romen is ridiculously good. We both will always remember that night and the hospitality we were shown. Thank you Rosella, and I promise we will come back again next time we visit Maine.
