Today I came in for a delivery order. This McDonald’s is always really bad but today it was next level.
Every employee in there kept taking their cell phones out while preparing food without gloves.
One lady finished her lunch and was licking her fingers clean and went back to work without washing her hands.
I was in the dining room for over 25 minutes without anyone else in there. I expressed this to the employee as she gave me my delivery and she rudely said “you have only been waiting 17 minutes.” She used the app to see when the food was supposed to be ready. THAT was 17 minutes prior. As if she was proud of herself for only being 17 minutes late not the additional 10+ I was waiting before that.
The staff is all incredibly rude and vile. I would never order food here personally after what I saw them doing.
If I were the owner of this franchise I would be so embarrassed. It’s time this McDonald’s was checked for health codes.

This is easily the worst McDonald’s in the United States. Their staff is incredibly rude. They close their dining room often because they hate having customers inside. They frequently put up signs saying they’re closed when their online times say they’re open. It wouldn’t be that bad but they leave online ordering available when they close so you have to deal with customer service for a refund.
If you’re a food delivery worker this place treats you like trash. As mentioned above, they close their dining room whenever they feel like, which is often. Half the time they tell you to use the drive thru the other half of the time they tell you to ring the doorbell. However the doorbell on their front door, which they yell at you to use when you try the drive thru, doesnt work. The expect you to know that you have to use the way less obvious doorbell on the side of the building where they get their product delivered.
Your ears will bleed when you hear them screaming at you through the drive thru. The woman who is usually working it has no idea or she simply doesn’t care that she’s screaming at you.
Overall, Ive never left a review before for any business but this McDonald’s is so bad and their staff is so rude that I felt like this is view needed some visibility so maybe a higher up would notice that this location is run by the most immature, disrespectful staff I’ve ever encountered.

Owner must tell staff to underfull French fry containers. Happens often here. Everyone knows McDonald’s fills them like snow cones.

terrible app system. was told to refresh multiple times only to never get my food. will not be coming back, my friends fries had hair in them too.
