Staff was making food and touching their phone between orders (worse thing to do phones so many germs.) will make someone sick I get they were busy but on a food safety level it’s not okay the sugar and milk station was built up could cause cross contamination

Everything was ready right on schedule, perfectly packed, and exactly as I requested. The staff was organized, friendly, and clearly work really well together, you can tell this location is well run. It made the whole process quick and stress-free. Definitely one of the best Dunkin’ locations I’ve been to!

Older woman next to me was forced to use kiosk order system... because the woman at the counter waived her away from ordering... apparently the worker did not speak English.... then an English speaking attendant came to the counter and was really rude to the customer... not cool! You can do better DD!!
