Sbarro was the only place employees were smiling and speaking to people. Even to get a bottle of water you just pick it up and run your card. What happened to customer service? $12 for just a plain cheeseburger and fry, No Drink. We will pack our own food from now on. Bathrooms were reasonably clean but the toilet paper was not full.
