But lately, things just haven’t been the same. They have a drive-thru, and sometimes you can sit there for 20 minutes with no response at all. And when I do get my food, I’ve had items missing from my order more than once. When they’re actually on top of things, the food is great — it’s just not as consistent as it used to be.

Today, I drove 50 mins just TRYING to get my actual, correctly made, ~$30 subway order. My original two subs? The sauces on them were switched, and the sandwiches were completely soaked. Oh, and don't think about calling and explaining that you're already home, and asking if you can simply get them replaced tomorrow, they'll tell you that you have to bring them back now if you want anything to be done about them. The workers inside? Very nice to speak to. Their policy on fixing their sandwiches? Absolutely atrocious. Literally, go to Dunkin or McDonald's, at least if they mess up they'll write your name down for when you come in the next day. Or literally go to any other subway, just not this one. Oh, by the way, after driving those 50 minutes to get our food fixed, it turns out replacement sub is STILL wrong 🫠 Didn't find out until I just got home.

I walked around the store where the employee ANDREW was yelling on the phone to somebody very aggressively. He looked at me and said what do you want? I told him I was picking up a DoorDash, she told me it didn’t exist and kept yelling at me when I told him he was being unprofessional and rude He never gave me the DoorDash.
