- PPPMar 5, 20261.0I was just in today with my 92yr old mother , who uses a cart to walk with while shopping. We entered and a manager was standing at the corner by produce talking with another man. Manager couldn’t be bothered to move. My 92 yr old mother had to maneuver her cart around the two men. Not very impressed.
- MPMichelle PlylerFeb 15, 20265.0From my understanding, Hannaford just started offering grocery delivery to Jay/Livermore Falls,etc. I live in TN, and I wanted groceries delivered to my mom in Livermore Falls for her birthday. I placed an online order at 12:30 pm, and was given a delivery time of between 5 and 6 pm that same day. I received constant updates about the status of my order, and it was delivered (with photo proof of delivery) right at 5 pm for her birthday dinner. If you are considering using this service, I HIGHLY recommend it, they are true professionals!
- KWKeith WardJan 8, 20264.0I have had very few issues with Hannaford. Prices are mostly a bit higher than the competition but mostly everything goes well. All of my shopping is done online directly from Hannaford and most is delivered as well. However, I occasionally order though Instacart, if there are no available delivery slots and I need an item sooner, and thats where the greatest problem comes in. Instacart marks up the prices, and, though I'm not too happy about that, They do tell you that, and I can live with that, but, what I cannot tolerate is the theft of my Hannaford rewards, and, they DO NOT tell you about that. When ordering through Instacart they steal your rewards and that can result in a sizable loss. My last $39 order through Instacart ended up costing me $77 including the $9.74 theft of my rewards.
