- DPDoretta PriorNov 7, 20201.0Our sandwiches were okay but my problem was that when I showed her my Military ID for my discount she said "OK", but when I got to my table and looked at the slip, instead of a discount of 10%, she CHARGED me for a TIP of 20%. I would have gone back to complain but she was working alone and there were several customers waiting. I can't remember ever being charged an automatic TIP at a fast food restaurant before. So sad. Will not be eating at this location again. UPDATE: The owner contacted me via a "no reply" email address and said that they have no control over what I entered for a TIP. I would like to clear this up. I did not enter anything. I was told the amount, I waved my Apple Watch over the credit card unit and it was accepted. Again. I did NOT touch the card unit with my hands or a credit card. I did NOT agree to a tip.
