  Monday through Friday we come through like clock work. Get the same order every time. Tired of paying for things that we never get. And who gets a bacon sandwich with only 2 slices of bacon on it? And if i wanted my cream cheese on the side, I would ask for it on the side. And when we order sausage added and we pay for it and it is clearly on the ticket, I would say it is time the sandwich person learn how to read and pay attention instead of ignoring the order clearly printed out on the ticket and posted on the screen. Like I said, Tired of paying for things we dont get. The lack of attention and care is beginning to become ridiculous. This an on going and regular occurrence. Too regular

  Typically they are pretty good with drinks and service. However since they hired some new people they have completely downgraded. The older lady through the drive through was extremely rude. And then proceeded to hand me and my boyfriend coffees that were only filled half way. And proceeded to tell us "thats just how they came out" when in reality its never come out to be like that. I also worked at dunkin for a year and KNOW that she was full of crap. It was a complete waist of money. We are never going to this dunkin again and ive already told at least 10 of my friends never to go this dunkin again. Very dissapointed 😞

  Young especially the short Latina chick over filed my drink and was very rude and whodent let me order on the kiosk because I put my name and I see that as racism and she messed up my order do not go there it sucks!!!!!!!!
