  Just ordered. Told to wait at number 5 spot. Guy came out and read the receipt to us. We said yes thats our order and left. We left and on way home found out we were missing our fries.

  I don’t typically leave a review but thought it was needed. We went in around 2, not a busy hour at all, upon entering we made our way to the self serve kiosks and placed our order. Firstly started with no one being at the counter at all but also waited 15 minutes for cold food that could have just been avoided but instead 3 people standing around doing nothing up front. Now I’ve worked fast food and I understand it can get busy but to see workers standing there doing nothing or stuffing their faces with food right infront of us at the front while my 4 year old son is wondering where his happy meal is isn’t okay with me. If it’s gonna take you that long to get my food out I’d at least expect hot food as well.

  What you would expect from typical McDonald's except for the person at the window who never spoke one word to me and seemed as miserable as can be to have to be there. Maybe it would be best for someone who is not social to not be the first point of contact. It was such a weird and uncomfortable exchange.

  My response is for the gray maine store this store is the worst place to go and the employees are so unfriendly and it takes 20 to 30 minutes to thought the drive through and then you don't get what you ordered
