- MHMaggie HillDec 3, 20251.0While the service from the worker was great and the atmosphere in the building was great and the shop was clean, the food was less than stellar. The black olives had turned bad and were still being used, yes black olives can go bad without visible signs and can only be found out by smell or taste. They were very rancid and should have been tossed instead of being put out. The cucumbers were shriveled and on the dry side and had no crunch. There was way too much sauce on the sandwich with way too little ingredients. It was almost as though the amount of sauce they used was to cover up the spoilage of the olives. It was as though they were using week old supplies, when most ingredients are only good for one or two days.

She always get my sandwich and salad right (and I am picky!) I also want to say that I live in Augusta and travel to Gardiner Subway as they are so much better than the ones here in Augusta.

I almost gave up on this location (due to bad past experiences there) but I was lucky enough to be served by him tonight, and he totally changed my mind. He was friendly, polite and went above and beyond to give my boyfriend and I a good experience and a great meal. Best subway sandwich I’ve ever had. We will continue visiting this location because of Aaron!

- BWBrian WardAug 6, 20251.0They forgot bacon sause all over wrapper was told had to wait for 5 sandwiches before me which wasn’t bad no line but then toasted my sandwich and the people that came in after me got their food before me which I find terrible and not cool I was respectful for ur big order than got forgotten so the line could get done while mine was sitting behind them after toasted
