- BDBrad DostieFeb 26, 20261.0I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service and quality of my recent order. Despite calling in my order and receiving verbal confirmation from the manager that a specific ingredient was to be excluded, the item was delivered incorrectly. When I pointed this out to the delivery driver, they promised to return immediately with a replacement. However, I later learned that the driver contacted the store only to be told that, due to policy, the item could not be remade. The driver informed me that the staff preparing the food cannot see specific instructions on their screens until the receipt is printed, by which point the order is already completed. Sending out an item that is known to be incorrect is unacceptable, as is the offer of a $1.50 soda as compensation for a ruined meal. I expected much better service and a more logical resolution to a mistake made by your team. I would appreciate it if you could address these communication and policy issues to ensure this does not happen to other customers.

The order is always wrong ,incorrect toppings or things requested not there or things not wanted there and dont even expect to eat for atleast an 90 mins even if you live next door.
