  Waited in drive thru line for over an hour for a mobile order, when I got to the speaker they didn't help me and I watched 3 people that were behind me in line get their order taken so I decided to just drive up to the window and was given attitude by the employee for not ordering at the speaker, they told me to pull up to the next window where I waited another 30 minutes with no help so I ended up leaving after wasting an hour and a half for nothing.

  Placed an order on Uber eats and had 4 different ppl to pick it up; the reason why it was 4 different ppl because they were taking forever to cook the food. 2 god damn hours to do an order. I then tried calling them and asking if its because their busy and they hung up on me TWICE. Dont order from here youre wasting your dam time.

  literally sat in a empty dribe through for 15 minutes over a mc chicken. Absolutely no rush like it isnt a fast food restaurant. The owner should let management go and hire new ones cause they run this store and the jay location like a laxed no need to rush facility

  Who runs this place? Waited for order which included iced coffee. 25 minutes later still no food. Lobby was crowded. Drive thru was moving, but inside people were complaining. My order number never showed up on the board. When I mentioned it, I heard..."I can't tell you when that worked last". When I saw my order getting cold, I asked and was told there was no coffee. Hmm, good service would have been to say that 25 minutes ago!!! Took forever to get my refund. (10 minutes) No offer to keep my business from the manager. They really need a good leader who knows what customer service is!
