- TKT KeaneFeb 4, 20261.0Today February 4th I spoke with the manager of this subway. Explained that I paid for a footlong sub at the time that the computers were down. The manager said she was aware of that situation and that the owner was there at that time that the computers were down . I asked if I got a credit for that footlong sub. The manager said no and nothing can be done . Her unexpected attitude and disrespect was very unprofessional and disappointing
