Drive thru was moving, but inside people were complaining. My order number never showed up on the board. When I mentioned it, I heard..."I can't tell you when that worked last". When I saw my order getting cold, I asked and was told there was no coffee. Hmm, good service would have been to say that 25 minutes ago!!! Took forever to get my refund. (10 minutes) No offer to keep my business from the manager. They really need a good leader who knows what customer service is!

Total time in McDonald's was 35 to 40 minutes and I got absolutely nothing for it
