Worst part is all my orders are done online so there's really no room for error unless you're just a negligent employee. Never in my life after years of working at multiple Dunkins in my lifetime, have I seen so many people behind the counter doing nothing or getting orders wrong bc they are too busy socializing with one another. Like dang, go clean something bc it's a mess.
