The workers are always very nice and even if the food isn't always quick, it's got a lot of tables to wait at and free Wi-Fi, plus their music choice is impeccable 9 times out of 10. I went there today for a late evening snack, and the new-hire was an absolute delight! They had the air of someone who has been there long enough to hate their job--despite it being their first day--and yet still puts their all into doing it. They were very funny and I hope they stay hired. Overall, best Dunkin around, and not just because it's the only one even remotely close to my campus. Also, there’s a girl with nice orange braids who works there; she’s been doing a great job and is very efficient.

This is got to be the worst store location I've ever seen.
