He pretended not to hear me and continued talking to himself as he disappeared into the back room. I waited for him to come back but he was visibly annoyed that I was still there, huffed and threw up his hands as if to say “what do you want?!” When I came back with the district manager he didn’t have much to say about it and wouldn’t look at me. I barely got an apology from the district manager for daring to interrupt her. This is the level of customer service I expect and have received many other times. Shaw’s hates you and wants you to go away.
