- WGWill GarvinDec 28, 20251.0Went in to grab a bag of Asiago bagels Saturday morning and there weren’t any as usual. I went to the bakery counter and said “excuse me” to the guy standing there. He pretended not to hear me and continued talking to himself as he disappeared into the back room. I waited for him to come back but he was visibly annoyed that I was still there, huffed and threw up his hands as if to say “what do you want?!” When I came back with the district manager he didn’t have much to say about it and wouldn’t look at me. I barely got an apology from the district manager for daring to interrupt her. This is the level of customer service I expect and have received many other times. Shaw’s hates you and wants you to go away.
