  I’d say this is the best McD’s in Maine. The managers and workers here genuinely care about people and their fast food. Always a good time coming here.

  When you order curbside and the wait to take out more than one order at a time by one person, someone's food sits and gets cold before it goes out the door.

  The last few times i have gone to this location they have gave me the wrong order entirely and just an hr ago i went and the woman gave me the bag at the window and says " check and see if it is your order " say what !!! Like are you foreal !!! So i looked in the bag and no definitely not my order no where near it ! So i hand the bag back and then she gives me the right bag but they forgot my nuggets so i had to turn around and go back to get my nuggets smh such a pain and inconvenience ! Also my fries were soggy and cold . Plz do better and get it together this is really getting old !!!!

  This has got to be the slowest McDonald's in operation. Its impressive that they took so long in each step of the process and still missed things from my order. If I could give zero starts I would.

  They often forget to put something in a takeout order. I try to check right away. But this time I didn't. I picked up my takeout order 15 minutes ago and didn't check. And again, this terrible service!!! My nuggets weren't in my order!!! I wonder why this happens so often here??? Unfortunately, I'm already far from the establishment and don't have time to go back. This is very annoying. So be careful and don't trust the employees, otherwise you might end up missing part of your order.
