I would’ve checked the bags but there was stickers sealing them so I figured the staff did the job they are paid for properly. When I called to try to let them know (I called three times) every time it seemed like somebody picked up the phone the line would just beep.

When you have two catsup dispensers available a guy would expect at least one to be usable...nope, both empty. The time it took to get food was more appropriate for an actual diner type experience, not fast food. This location needs either a management change or to follow some training plan. No chance I stop here again.

Told a worker, they really didn't care. At 1 pm they were out of chili hummmm someone didn't plan accordingly. Soda machine not working, ketchup dispenser not pumping. Tables all dirty , not sure when they were all cleaned. Sidewalks all covered in snow and ice, being handicap someone could slip and fall. Updating review. Figure I would try again here. We walked in no one at counter, went to ladies room and yup still cold as a snow bank in there. Came back out. A guy sitting in the lobby said the guy was out back and use the kiosk machine, I told him I don't want to use that. I have a picture attached of a guy leaned on counter in the back asleep. Hollered at him to wake him up. He goes are you with Uber? Said no to him and he walked off. Hummmm......... another guy from drive thou was playing on his phone without a care in the world. This was December 14th at 5:30 pm. Not sure calling the manager will help, probably not.

I have a feeling it's not actually "down" they're just cleaning it extremely early so they don't have to closer to closing time, leaving anyone going there within the last hour and half they're open unable to get a frosty. I've never had an issue in the Bangor location, yet 3 times now, unable to get one. I just want my Frosty. :(
