Read the reviews from your customers, this place is doing more harm than good to KFC/TACO BELL franchise. Close it down and let current employees go. Hire a commercial cleaning company and clean this place top to bottom, it's nasty. Hire the best seasoned restaurant manager you can, hire a new team and TRAIN them so they know what's expected of them.
