So I went in to try and order, I was not able to order on the kiosk either. I stood there waiting for someone to help me. When I got the person’s attention, she told me the drive thru is what everyone is working on and she couldn’t help me. I told her to have a nice day and left. By the way I used to spend 3 to 400 dollars a month there. That is 20 minutes of my life wasted. I hate Starbucks, but I know I will never get treated like this there.
