  Unbelievable experience. I waited behind three cars in the drive-thru for nearly 40 minutes. I was then greeted after being at the window for nearly ten minutes, by a young girl absolutely covered in filth, raw meat on her shirt, she obviously had been wiping her hands all night on her shirt. Disgusting. And to think that could be the worst of it… I’m looking at a bag of food for the fifteen plus minutes at the window, not under the empty heat lamps and she finally returns and hands me the bag I had been staring at the whole time! I was then told that if I wanted hot food I would have to wait another twenty minutes! Find new managers or something, I’ve been supporting this business for the past decade and never experienced anything like this. I left without food and nearly an hour of my life wasted. Thanks.

  I waited almost an hour for cheese curds, then got them cold. I understand being busy. But also don’t put the new trainee at the window and then speak to them like have them park somebody or have them send somebody to the drive-through slot if you’re just gonna yell anyways because I can hear you through the window and just because he doesn’t know what to say like just don’t do that to them. They’re training and he might be newer, but don’t do that in front of a customer just have them open the window and just you know nicely say hey please pull forward or something.

  I've gone in twice and both times the in-house staff have been too incompetent to take (or call) any orders. You always see a huge line out this place and it's not because it's popping.

  I ordered a chocolate cherry dipped cone & was given vanilla i also ordered a mint chocolate chip blizzard & was given an oreo blizzard. The person at the window left & the there was line of people behinf so i decided it just wasnt worth it going back around. Also my receipt just only said cherry dipped cone no flavor listed & for the blizzard it just said oreo blizzard. Im very disappointed as ive never had an issue with this DQ before. Do better....

  Whoever the guy was at the front working at around 7:30 on 4/2/26 was extremely rude and unprofessional, so bad I hopped on to write one of my first reviews. First of all, when speaking with a customer who has a question, instead of aggressively saying “Can you just tell me what you want”, maybe try being more understanding and patient. Also, its really not a good look when working a job, you blurt out to the customers in the lobby, “I dont even know who the hell these go to” (referring to the ice creams). I honestly would have been happier buying a tub of Ice cream at the dollar store. 0/10, dont go here unless you can tolerate horrible service and ignorance.
