I'm a night manager at Wendy's, I know EXACTLY why the burger looks and tastes like this, and it's because y'all are holding over longer than 20 mins. That's absolute garbage and would never happen at my restaurant when I'm on shift. Y'all need to do better, stop being so lazy and change your meat within the guidelines/rules. And this has been the last 3 times I've been there, so it is NOT an isolated incident. After that bite I threw that hockey puck away. Don't even want a refund or replacement because I know it'll be the same exact issue again. It's a pattern at this point.
