I ordered them toasted well done with extra cream cheese, and they came out barely warm with packages of cream cheese for the extra cream cheese, not extra cream cheese put on the bagel like they usually do in all the other Dunkin' Donuts put 2 tiny packages of cream cheese on the side. So I had to pull my bagel apart and put more cream cheese on it. And I ordered bagel bites, well done toasted that were barely warm and the cream cheese was cold in the middle. They must have been thrown in the microwave for 30 seconds. Not even if that like They were doughy, and just nothing was good. It was the most horrible meal. I've ever had in my whole life.
