In the last couple years I have lived here, I have never gotten burnt coffee or completely incorrect order (like I have in plenty of other places). These guys go out of their way to make sure they get you what you want. I even messed up my coffee order this morning and they made sure to send it out the way I wanted it with no hassle at all. This Dunkin has a very good team!
