Got a medium iced coffee with 3 chai syrup, 3 French vanilla and 3 liquid sugar and instead they put iced tea in it with chai syrup like what? Couldn’t even drink it and it’s still full. Mentioned it’s not supposed to be this dark and I’ve gotten it dozen of times and it wasn’t dark colored and of course they wouldn’t do anything about it. Worst Dunkin’ ever I highly don’t recommend this place

We go to pick it up, tell them our name, are left standing around for 10 minutes, ask again for our order, and they say "oh, we have no eggs." Left us standing around for 10 minutes for nothing. Asked for a refund, their manager isn't there. They could have put it on a gift card and had their drawer be short, which the manager or whoever could have fixed. Instead, they robbed us $25. This location is a train wreck. What manager can't order eggs?
