- B8bs 88Jul 27, 20242.0Let me preface this by saying I REALLY wanted to like this Dunkin'. I go daily, plus up to 3 times a day during on most weekend days. Yup, my family drinks a lot of Dunkin and a lot of spiked energy.lol Dont judge us. But unfortunately we won't go here anymore. After months of consistently paying for drinks that are wildly different from what was ordered, despite trying to order them in different ways, and being ultra specific with orders, i simply can't justify continuing to throw away all that money. Until the people making the drinks here are trained and enforced to do it correctly, Or new ones are hired, i wont be back. The window staff is always so polite and nice, I would tip them if it were allowed here. And I would happily tip the ones making the drinks when they were at all close to correct, if allowed. To help incentivise them to continue to strive to do well. But the drinks being handed out, are WILDLY off. Not once in a while, but most of the time. I genuinely thought it was because this is a newer establishment. I know its hard to find good workers sometimes. And so I gave them time to weed out the duds, so to speak. And have time to train the crew members the proper ways. But it made no difference 😭 I also noticed no one from Dunkin has replied to any of the reviews here.🤔 Makes me wonder if they are somehow unaware of this issue? Or, they are, and just aren't addressing it. Either way, Clinton is a great little town that has been developing and expanding beautifully in recent years. And it deserves a good Dunkin. I hope sharing this honest, well meaning review helps it achieve its goal. And turn things around there. If so, I will for sure be back and update my review. Until then, if you're reading this and agree with my experience, like this! Maybe if we as a community and collective customer base make our voices heard, we can help save this Dunkin' from itself lol. I know dang well Clintonians love having a Dunkin here, and want it to stay. They're just not happy with the standards here. (its a small town after all, so is Benton, fairfield etc. The towns that would be this locations regulars...Word travels fast.) IM ROOTING FOR YOU CLINTON DUNKIN'!!! But something's gotta change.
