- AAamanda?Jan 29, 20261.0The customer service was very lacking and they did not even attempt to sympathize with the customers after repeatedly making orders wrong. A large group of us came in with online orders and before leaving the establishment we checked our orders. Drinks were made wrong, food lacked elements, such as bacon, and donuts were swapped even though the ordered donuts were still available behind the counter. When the employees were told about these issues they refused to remake our food, or just give bacon in some sort of container and said that they could do nothing about it. Although I do understand there must have been some sort of issue with the system, refusing to assist the customer is not right. 1/5 stars.
