My experiences range from 5+ minutes of being ignored / not acknowledged standing at the register to placing a very small order and then standing at the register for 5+ minutes and being "re-greeted" at the register (by the staff member that took my order, a coffee, as though I was a new customer) as she had forgotten to give me my coffee that was sitting on the counter out of my view and reach. This type of service is the norm from my experience.
