- ADAutumn DaleyMar 9, 20261.0I worked in customer service for upwards of 6 years, and if someone ordered through the app and we didn't get it, we would look at their app, see that they ordered it to our location AND paid for it, and we would make it even if it didn't come up because of faulty technology. Showing an actual receipt means you paid for it and you should get it. Waited in there for 10 minutes just to be told they didn't get the mobile order through the app. Showed them the app that says we ordered it there and paid for it and Shandra, or Shondra, copped an attitude and started yelling and saying that we would have to call the app and they couldn't do anything. Like does she not have experience in customer service? Completely unprofessional and rude.

- JGJ GJan 24, 20261.0Stopped in got 2 blt's the lady starts making them on the 2nd one u look at it and know they were off I asked her does a footlong blt really come with no bacon? She counts the pieces and has 3 on the whole thing I said there is no way I eat subway 5 days a week at better locations and she said oh I must have put an extra piece on the other one and grabs one off and adds it to the half that only had 1 piece.... a blt has 4 pieces per 6 inch so 8 per footlong so she gave me half of what I paid for..... was an older lady with a little scruff on the chin. Will never go back to this location and will find a way to let subway corporate know that the standards are very bad at this location.
- CLchistina LeRicheJan 9, 20265.0Love my sweet onion chicken teriyaki on multigrain with spinach, green pepper, onion and black olive. Add provolone and American cheese and yummy! Add a fountain drink and a raspberry cheesecake cookie and bag of chips and I'm full for the day.
