  Worst customer service I've ever had in my life ANYWHERE . Expect a 30 minutes drive through wait. And when you mention it thr general manager is as rude as can be. Also thr other manager 4 foot tall woman named Joy, is ANYTHING but a Joy.

  Last Sunday 9am sat in drive thru for 10 minutes drove off, no one there. Every other Sunday stop for a biscuit and sausage burritos and get parked to wait almost every time. Most Sundays they don't have sausage burritos ??????

  Older woman running the place is always very snappy and extremely rude.she likes to yell at you. I stopped going to Freeport location while she was there, and now done with pleasant street. Who wants to start there morning off with such attitude over a breakfast sandwich. Cooks corner all the way. The goble family that runs cooks corner would not let this happen.

  We had a feeling a bunch of people called out and new people were being trained. I will not complain as I know how it feels being the new person or the seasoned person with no help. They did the best they could with what they had. They were very polite.

  Spent $50.00 on food and was missing my mccrispy sandwich, called the store 3;times and left voicemail with no response. Not the first time missing food. Will not eat there anymore.
