  How hard is it to make a coffee the way someone orders it? Simple that's how easy it is.. buuuut nope I didn't get mine that way I ordered it..

  I have never had a bad experience here. Whether I order through drive thru or go in and order. They have been patient, especially when the kids can't make up their minds on what they want. They have always been very kind and respectful. Even if they get it wrong they apologize and make it right or get me the right thing.

  I just moved to Maine from Massachusetts, so I know how I like my coffee. I only went to this Dunkin’ Donuts about two times both times I’ve had horrible customer service because I’ve sent back caramel craze lattes because they were made completely wrong with way too much milk every time I send it back, I am greeted with complete disrespect and attitude, especially from this one lady older with blonde haired bangs. She was incredibly rude when I politely asked for my drink to be me correctly. I even had to stand inside there to make sure she didn’t spit it she rolled her eyes and made the drink and made it incorrectly again. I just let it go, but I will definitely not be back which kind of stinks because I go to Southern Main community college and it’s right near my school and it’s completely on the way. I really don’t recommend giving any of your business here due to my interaction with that lady, it’s completely unacceptable. I would prefer no attitude with my coffee today!

  Service was the best, we need more people like them can’t ask for anyone better. Nice to talk to. Don’t live around there but wish I did!!!
