  Food was good, but we're very busy and took a very long time. There was no ketchup out front and brought the dish up for them to fill. Took a while to fill it but still didn't get my food yet. There was a girl that was working on sides that was obnoxious and talking a little smack because the cook was busy and short with her ( he was not rude just not friendly, but he was trying to get food out) We just waited a very long time for chicken tenders and a chicken sandwich and some side dishes. Oh and one taco bell thing, I can't remember what my son got. The food was hot when we finally got it. But there was no ice out front so had to go back up for ice. It was just a little aggravating waiting for probably over 10 minutes to even order (bring generous here was probably longer but didn't time it) for like at least 20, maybe 30 mins for chicken tenders, chicken sandwich, a crunchy taco thing and sides. The sides are already cooked. Chicken usually is as well. So I think we will probably try to go to Broadway next time we decide to get KFC. Maybe was just an off day. It was busy but it wasn't crazy. I worked fast food and restaurants for years there was like 5 different people/families there when I was there. Plus drive thru I'm sure too. Buy just took way too long. Shouldn't have to wait at least probably 40 mins to get your food after walking inside and being like 2nd in line. Then the older woman taking the orders let some woman who was off to.the side order some big dinner when I was next in line. Idk if she forgot to order something with what she ordered but she could have waited her turn. I would have if I forgot something. It was just not a great experience for fast food. Should be called.slow food that trip. But I'll say again the food was hot and good when we finally got it. They is probably the only good thing I can say about that visit that day. Staff needs to not talk smack about the cook being short and not say the are going to lose it if someone does something( can't remember exactly what was said but her and another girl were talking and were not going to take any shit that day from what they were saying. As a customer I didn't need to listen to that. Just not very professional in my opinion. Hopefully they work on that a little. I understand getting stressed or overwhelmed but this was just over the top and kept saying it quite a few times and one of the girls shift just started while I was standing there waiting lol. Sorry long. Review. But service needs work! Spend quite a bit of money to wait all day for food and have to listen to them complain and talk smack.

  This location is absolute trash. Never coming here again. Messed up my order, left stuff out. Told me due to budget cuts they have almost no drinks. Fail

  Every single time I order a supreme meal, and PAY for a supreme meal, I never get the supreme meal. I always receive plain tacos. Getting wicked annoying. Do you not know your own menu items?
