- CMCheyenne MeredithMar 31, 20261.0Enjoyed this location until the former employee (customer) with three dogs was letting them run loose and up to my table in the corner repeatedly. Man tried to use this contact to initiation conversation and was ignored. His dogs were disruptive and sniffing at my food. When I aired my concern to the cashier after he left, she became irate and told me that if I didn’t like it, I could leave. I spoke with mgmt and they said they were afraid to address him in case the dogs were legit. I haven’t been back. Switched to Tim Hortons (Jan/Feb 2026).

The people in there don’t care about their job at all. I’ve ordered there probably 6 or 7 times but it’s never been done right. Please just go to the one up the road on shilling street. They are always nice and the order is always right!

Gave me a plain sandwich and when I complained that I asked for an ultimate bacon sandwich, I WATCHWD HER ADD TO IT then hand it to the shift leader and say that I'm complaining it was wrong but she can't figure out why!!!
