Since then I’ve done everything possible and gone through every channel possible get my money back with zero response in return. Come to find out they’re closed for at least a month because they only have 1 employee. If you don’t have proper staff, disable your mobile ordering! And if you’re unable in time because of a no call-no show, it should be a priority to refund your customers. We know for a fact multiple customers that day were screwed over. I’m about to file a charge-back with my bank. This is disgusting behavior.
