  DO NOT order delivery through the Tropical Smoothie Cafe app! 3 orders and each time only the smoothie was delivered and not the sandwich that was ordered with it. Never ordering here again.

  So. Slow. Been here for 20 minutes, no smoothie in sight. I can see that the guy at the drive thru has been waiting there for 17 minutes. Yikes.

  My brother just started basketball practices up in Saco and I pick him up every Tuesday so starting last week I thought it would be a nice treat to bring him to tropical smoothie once a week. Last week good. Tonight we went through the drive-through and were greeted by a rude “ tropical smoothie” no hi what can I get for you nothing. I ignored it and proceeded with the order and she mumbled and I said excuse me what was that? and she said pull up to the next window rudely. I pull up to the window and she tells me the total and she literally throws the thing that you pay with where you put your card in and she throws it at me and I almost drop it. She starts texting on her phone while I’m using the pad to pay . I ignored it again and she said you’re all set. Your smoothies will be right out. She comes with the two smoothies and one of them is dripping all over the place gushing out of the top and is getting all over me and she goes. Have a nice night very sarcastically and rudely.. I go around and there is a teenage boy going through the back and the two girls must have let him in and he was behind the counter and they were all fooling around and laughing. The service was terrible and I highly recommend to this owner. If you want to keep your business up and running, she shoulf be fired. I recommend checking your cameras so you can see her fooling around and letting a boy behind the counter and not doing her job and texting in the middle of being with a customer. I’ve never been to a place with so much unprofessionalism and rudeness in my life .

  Ordered 3 smoothies. All tasted severely watered down, just like all the previous 1 star reviews have said. Had one remade, still watered down. Clearly not a bug, but a feature of this location. Never encountered this in other locations. Don’t waste your money or time there.
