Taken off the menu, probably because it is less for employees to memorize and you can just substituted what you want. So I always order a bmt swap ham for turkey. Guy said he wouldn’t do it! He said he would have to charge me $17! That’s right, 50% increase in price to swap ham for turkey. I don’t know if you’ve been in a grocery store, but turkey is cheaper than ham! This is the only good sandwich your store has, but I am not paying 1.5x the price for a cheaper meat. I know you can do it, this is the only thing I order from subway. Subway has definitely lost their touch. And the customer service shows. 😢

I waited patiently, which wasn’t a problem. However, when it was my turn to order, the employee’s customer service was very poor. He rushed me and didn’t allow me to fully explain what I wanted. As a result, I didn’t get the exact order I wanted but paid anyway. When I went to pay, he didn’t give me my receipt and instead crumpled it up. This experience was disappointing and could be improved with better customer service and attention.
