  I ordered a chicken noodle soup and received a soup incomparable to the price. Very expensive and you won’t even get a full bowl of soup. No chicken or vegetables in my chicken noodle soup. Very disappointed never coming again. Don’t waste your money here.

  I have not been to Panera Bread for a long time and found the menu very different from what I remember. On advice of my wife I tried for the first time a "choose two" combo of Broccoli Cheese Soup and French Dip 1/2 sandwich. I found these both delicious and portions ample for a lunch meal. I added the always good coffee (strong as death, black as hell, and sweet as love) bringing my total to about 15 dollars. The dining room was full and store was clearly understaffed as the dirty dishes area was visibly overfilled and tables were not being wiped between customers. Staff were working hard and food was coming out quickly and without loss of quality. Overall give this a 4 stars for good tasting food and decent service by an obviously overworked employee. I would be happy to dine here again.

  Servicng breakfast sandwiches with undercooked bacon.....tisk tisk. That is what I recieved this morning at the Biddeford location. Raw and undercooked bacon contains parasites. This location will get people sick unless they are properly trained in food safety. It was bad enough it happened but when I asked for a new sandwich, properly cooked, I recieved pushback from the cooks! I would encourage the franchise owner to take notice of this issue, as well corporate. As this is a liability issue for them, aside from the negative PR.

  The worst Cobb salad I ever had!! I ordered it without spring mix. Apparently they are premade dispute the option to select what you want! They cherry picked the spring mix I didn’t want but never put anything in to replace it. The salad was a mess and empty! Apparently you folks don’t realize that it wasn’t free!!!What a rip off.
