- HSHarrison Stern6 days ago2.0I’m sad to do this because it used to be my go to Dunkin, but alas, it has fallen to the bottom of the Marianna trench. They get one star for the nice women (maybe the manager) who was helpful, but everyone else seemed incompetent at best. The coffee came out so sweet I could only drink half of it, as well it seems they struggle to keep things in stock, and dont mark it online when they run out. The final nail in the coffin for me was standing in store for 10 minutes (and having one of the workers watch me grab my coffee) only to go up and ask and find out if they were out of something.

They let you wait at the register and don't take your order. They just continously make incoming orders even if they're placed after you show up. The lobby is full of customers in line and mobile orders waiting around. They aren't able to systematically handle their orders and keep lines moving. "They're hiring" under her breathe is what I was told about the 30 minute wait for COFFEE.
