They let you wait at the register and don't take your order. They just continously make incoming orders even if they're placed after you show up. The lobby is full of customers in line and mobile orders waiting around. They aren't able to systematically handle their orders and keep lines moving. "They're hiring" under her breathe is what I was told about the 30 minute wait for COFFEE.

Customer service is all about first impressions, and when you get coffee in the morning, the person you see behind the counter is probably the first person you see besides the immediate family.And when they have bad attitudes that sets up the day to be absolutely garbage. I am constantly driving out of my own way to go to a different dunkin' donuts, because I refuse to be treated the way I be treated here. Not sure if this will ever be seen.But if it is, and you want someone to blame, it's the girls that work in the morning with the different colored hair. I believe theyre sisters
