Door is vacant but locked so I approach the individual working and ask “does the restroom need a key” the reply was “yes” There’s 2 people in front of me. She goes back to taking the order. I’m patient but also, I’m pretty sure the key isn’t locked away in a safe out back. It’s under the front counter. She continues making the persons coffee. Ok cool, I’ll wait. That customer is sorted. Then she proceeds to help the next customer. Honestly it’s kind of wild that you wouldn’t just take 1 second to slide me the key. At the point more people walked in and I’m sure they’d be tended to before me at this rate so I just walked out. Wild way to treat customers who need to use the bathroom.
