Every other dunkin in this state has been able to do it this way with no issues. The person taking my order at the drive thru was extremely rude and told me "those are other dunkins, we don't do that" the order was simply adding a cold foam topping to a hot coffee. Just based on his tone and rudeness I said "Okay I will try the other dunkin down the street" he responded with "great see ya" I would have taken my coffee a different way but it wasn't worth it to me to spend my money (and I always leave a tip) when their employees can't offer basic customer service. Do better.
