  Food was burnt after waiting forever for it. Didn’t give us the right stuff. Then I checked my sandwich halfway to work and that ones an edible. Places is an absolute joke. I usually avoid it on my way by, but I was hungry today. Boy do I regret it

  If there was a way to give zero stars I would. When ordering my coffee, I was told they could not make it the way that I ordered. Every other dunkin in this state has been able to do it this way with no issues. The person taking my order at the drive thru was extremely rude and told me "those are other dunkins, we don't do that" the order was simply adding a cold foam topping to a hot coffee. Just based on his tone and rudeness I said "Okay I will try the other dunkin down the street" he responded with "great see ya" I would have taken my coffee a different way but it wasn't worth it to me to spend my money (and I always leave a tip) when their employees can't offer basic customer service. Do better.

  Not v hygienic, touched card, register, and then my sandwich. With no apologies just a mean glare.
