Went here today before my shift at the hospital, Wanted a fry a drink because I had a massive headache, waited in line For 20 minutes, The only reason my car move ahead were because other people were leaving the line because it was taking too long, I understand there don’t have staffing right now, I don’t know treat your employees better, Absolutely ridiculous for something called fast food

The app made me order breakfast food. I get up to the window to pick up my order and they tell me they just started serving lunch. But not to worry I'll get refunded by the end of the day! To make matters worse Im using the app to order because I dont have cards or cash with me. The app won't let me place a another order while one is still pending in there! They wasted so much time I had to leave without getting anything to eat and go to my next appointment feeling sick and hungry! They offered nothing to make the situation right! Worst customer service ever!

They then gave us the 30 minute old food without remaining it or offering any apologies. McDonald's already has a terrible reputation and this place tops them all!
