    Placed a drive thru order and when I went to pick up the order up the manager who was working the drive-through window, said there was no such order that I must’ve got the wrong store. I showed her I ordered from 22 Belmont Ave. she looks around and says we don’t have the order you’ll have to go on. We don’t have your order. I said you have my order. She said no we don’t. It hasn’t come through yet. I said impossible. I gave her my order number 186. She says we’re already on 194. I said then you have my order she went and looked the third time finally came back after five minutes of arguing with me trying to get me to leave and walk away from my $12 plus order and had it. It had been sitting there all along I said in frustration, you guys really need to get your act together she says don’t come back then we don’t need your business. I’ve never been treated so rudely in my life. I went back to get her name. She refused to give me her name the workers around her protected her. She hid around the corner so I couldn’t get a picture. This place is a joke if I was the owner I d fire this rude obnoxious lady you don’t treat customers this way I didn’t treat her rudely. I wasn’t angry. I just said you really need to get your act together and she copped a major attitude when it was all her problem and failure but I will take your advice and not patronize this location ever again.

    Coffee is always great but thats about it. I ordered a bacon grilled cheese. What I got was a cold, bacon egg and cheese croissant with some weird mystery sauce. I took one bite and spat it out, horrible. Service is usually great when they aren't arguing with each other.

    If i could give negative start I would. This location allows people to cut the drive through line... yes, cut in ahead of dozens of other cars! Are you insane?
