They NEVER have a 14 items or less line open and usually only one or two (out of sbou 12) registers open. So everyone with less than 20 items packs into the self checkout line, creating MASSIVE queues of customers waiting to buy 1 or 2 items. Usually there is a self checkout (or 3) that is out of order (usually for weeks at a time). Usually a skeleton crew working. Like 5 people in the front of the store tops. Every other grocery store in the area can figure it out except this place. Place is run like a 3rd world country.
