- AUA Google User4 days ago3.0Our first time back in the area this year and it saddens us to see the current state of affairs in Bangor. While it seems Shaws is taking action to combat some of the loitering, seeing security guards by the produce section is really alarming. The measures seem to still be ineffective at preventing loitering and indecent behavior at this location. We hope for some speedy change in the Bangor area.

- JCJames CMar 13, 20261.0Seems they allow pit bulls in their stores now, and no this wasn't a service dog. Some lady came in with her pit bull and was walking around while the dog was eating a licking the foods on the lowest shelves. This person didn't seem to care. So if Shaws allows this, it just means any foods on the lowest shelves are just free game for the dogs they allow in. My daughter has very high anxiety from these types of dogs due to a bad experience where the owner claimed their dog doesn't bite, but it did. So just being around them causes extreme anxiety. We told a manager about it, who decided to ignore the entire thing including the fact the dog was actively licking and eating human foods from the lowest shelves. We then told a different person who we think went off to do something about it, but who knows.
